Overhaul & Reconditioning
Full disassembly, inspection and cleaning of all valve components. Lapping of disc and nozzle seat to restore leak-tight performance. Replacement of soft parts — seats, O-rings, gaskets, springs and bellows — and reassembly to manufacturer specification with full inspection documentation.
Popping Test & In-Situ Calibration
On-board popping test and in-situ calibration for cargo safety valves and boiler safety valves without removal from the system. Class surveyor witness test available. Suitable for planned maintenance, class renewal or voyage defect resolution.
Spare Parts
OEM-equivalent replacement parts for all major cryogenic safety valve brands — springs, seats, discs, spindles, bellows assemblies, O-rings, gaskets and overhaul kits. Parts supplied from stock or manufactured to order with full material traceability.
