Workshop Services:
Our services facilities in United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Singapore and Abu Dhabi are equipped with special tools and are staffed with qualified personnel having more than 30 years of cryogenic pumping experience.
All spare parts used during repairs are TriSeas manufactured parts, and the pump will be returned to you in a ‘better-than-original’ condition, ready for energy-efficient and reliable operation.
Field Services:
Instead of sending your pumps for repair at a workshop, you can call in TriSeas service personnel to perform onsite repairs, getting your installation up and running again quickly.

Cryogenic Camera (LNG Camera) Services
TriSeas offers innovative solution for Cryogenic Pump Columns inspection with unique Cryo (LNG) Camera System. Tested for efficiency and effectiveness, this LNG Camera system was tested by submerging continuously for 2 hours in LN2 without showing any problems. Images from the Camera can be viewed on an LCD screen and give a clear view of the Columns inspected. The data received from the Camera is recorded on a hard disk in Laptop Computer for further reference. These Cameras offer a valuable source of data facilitating assessment of the Pump Columns status to monitor efficiency.
Pump Life Extension (LTE) Services
TriSeas’s technical know-how and more than 250 years combined experience in cryogenic pumping systems made possible to extend the existing cryogenic pump life up to 25 years. We will rebuild and return the old pump in a ‘better-than-new’ condition with two (2) years warranty along with operation, maintenance and inventory support for next 25 years. Our CryoCare services is an integral part of this proposal which includes 24 x 7 technical support. By improving current pumps, TriSeas saves pump users not only the additional costs that would be required to purchase new equipment but also the costs for engineering, plant changes, installation, commissioning and disposal.
